APEX performed Design-Build renovation construction on an office building in Oakbrook Terrace. This renovation included a complete gut of the interior space. Reconfiguration and construction of the office space, kitchen, and bathrooms. The interior scope included buildout of (8) offices, a cubical area, lobby area, kitchen, conference room bathrooms, and a patio. Scope trades included carpentry, finishes, cabinetry, painting, HVAC, plumbing, doors and windows, roofing, parking lot pavement, and tuckpointing.
