Apex Construction provided general contractor services for the Kinzie Realty Corp  at the Glenwood Office replacing the existing HVAC and installing new water and sewer service. Included in the scope was a 10,000SF addition/office build-out. Scope items included carpentry, masonry, painting, fixture, plumbing, electrical and concrete.
